CONDITIONS     

 

Michu Michu Store does not make refunds for goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection, such as jewelry, bodysuits and swimwear items (for example: swimsuits, bikinis, briefs, etc., regardless of the model name).

Michu Michu Store accepts exchanges of swimwear items for items of the same category, if they are in the condition in which they were shipped, without being damaged or used, within 14 days.

 

1. CHANGE FOR SIZE OR OTHER ITEMS
 
The exchange can be made within 14 days after receiving the item. The item must maintain the identification tag (the entire exchange process must be completed within 14 days). The exchange will be made by the carrier subcontracted by Michu Michu Accessories who delivers the new item and collects the old one - reshipping costs are at the buyer's expense (as well as respective return fees). Exchanges will only be accepted for items with a value equal to or greater than the value of the item being exchanged.

Items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, washing, odor free, such as tobacco, mold, food, etc.

 – In the event that the customer makes a mistake at the address or does not pick up the order within the stipulated time, the shipping costs are fully paid by the buyer (as well as the respective return fees).

2. EXCHANGE and RETURNS of DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS  
 
The customer is entitled to an exchange or refund if he finds that the products supplied are defective, other than the chosen product or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered. The exchange can be made within 14 days of receiving the item and the product must keep the identification tag (the entire exchange process must be completed within 14 days). If non-compliance with the order is confirmed, the exchange will be made at no cost to the customer. The customer can opt for an exchange or refund of the total purchase amount (item+shipping) provided that they send an invoice/receipt with costs associated with shipping by email in the name of Michu Michu Accessories Lda e NIF: 516 083 821 . The amount will be returned using the same payment method used or by bank transfer.
 
 3. Refund

The return can be made within 14 days after receiving the item and the product must keep the identification label (the entire return process must be completed within 14 days)  The customer can choose to refund the value of the item and costs Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer , the amount for the item will be paid through the same payment method used or by Bank transfer. After receiving and our team will analyze the product (it must keep tags and be without signs of use) informing the customer of the refund.

The previous points (1. and 2.) can only be fulfilled if the article complies with the points below and the customer complies with the described procedure.  

 • Have not been washed or used. • Keep the original features. • Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.
 
Note: if the item arrives after the 14 days available for exchange or outside the conditions established above, it will be resent to the customer after payment of a new shipping cost.
 
We do not pre-book items for exchange  
 
1st STEP:

send email to customercare@michumichustore.com with a photo of the items you have received and, in case of exchange, photo/sizes of the new items you wish to exchange.

STEP 2: PACK ARTICLE:

You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another packaging or box, as long as it is undamaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return. Close the box and seal it with tape. If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and paste the data that will be provided in response to the email in step #1  

3rd STEP: COLLECTION and EXCHANGE DELIVERY:

The transport company subcontracted by Michu Michu  will go through the indicated address to collect and deliver the new item defined by both parties via email in step nº1.  

STEP 4: REFUND

After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the Customer of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). Refund of amount paid by bank transfer. All shipping addresses will be indicated via email customercare@michumichustore.com as well as collection or shipping procedures.
 
 
Michu Michu  reserves the right not to accept exchanges and returns of beach and intimate items (pajamas, etc.), jewelry and party items.

In the case of returning an item from an order that qualifies for free shipping, if the value of the final order - after the return - is less than the value established for free shipping, the value corresponding to the shipping costs of the order will be deducted from the amount to be returned, as well as the return postage, if applicable.
