1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of Michu Michu Store products through the website www.michumichustore.com

1.2 The website www.michumichustore.com is managed by the company Michu Michu Accessories Lda, NIF 516 083 821, headquartered at Rua Manuel Mendes, Nº15, 2820-098 Charneca da Caparica.

1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term

  1. a) - "Michu Michu" - The products sold on the website www.michumichustore.com;
  2. b) - "User" - Any natural person, not a trader, who places an order through the website www.michumichustore.com;

1.4 Use of the website www.michumichustore.com and the purchase of Michu Michu Store products  presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.



2.1 To place an order, the User may previously register by filling in the fields contained in the form on the website www.michumichustore.com. It is also possible to place your order without prior registration as a “guest”.

2.2 From the moment you access your personal account, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions.


  1. THE PRODUCTS Michu Michu Store. 3.1 The website www.egostore.pt is aimed at all users who wish to purchase Michu Michu Store products, from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.2 Information about the characteristics of the products can be consulted www.michumichustore.com

3.3 Michu Michu Store reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions presented on the website www.michumichustore.com.



4.1 To order in www.michumichustore.com It is necessary that the User has an e-mail account and that their browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to enjoy all the navigation conditions of the Michu Michu Store online store.

4.1.1 The User may purchase products online, requiring that:

  1. a) Find the product(s) you want to purchase;
  2. b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
  3. c) Register the User's personal data, which will be included in the Michu Michu Store's database under the terms provided for in the Privacy Policy, including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", the "Method of Payment", telephone number and tax identification number (NIF);
  4. d) Review your order and confirm the order;

4.2 You will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method you have selected.

4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.

4.4 By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described in www.michumichustore.com as well as with the Privacy Policy.

4.5 Michu Michu Store reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:

  1. a) The product is not available;
  2. b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.michumichustore.com or outside the stipulated period for it.
  3. c) Payment is not confirmed;
  4. d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
  5. e) There is an error in the price quotation;
  6. f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.





5.1 The prices of products displayed on the website www.michumichustore.com include Value Added (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the User.

5.2 Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

5.3 The prices of the products shown on the website are subject to change. Michu Michu Store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

5.4 If there is any error in the price of the requested products, Michu Michu Store or the User may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the order.

5.5 The total price specified at checkout includes country of origin (Portugal) taxes and shipping costs.

5.6 The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.



6.1 The User may pay for their purchases through the payment management entity Paypal or through Multibanco Reference (ATM), MBWAY and Credit Card, the latter three being managed by the payment platform “EUPAGO”

6.2 Michu Michu Store does not accept any other payment method than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than the specified payment methods. If you do, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.



7.1 Mainland Portugal   
Shipping by CTT Express Carrier - 2 working days

shipments arrive within  24/48 working hours after shipment, the shipment is always carried out on the business day following payment , you will also receive an email with tracking code.

7.2 Portugal — Madeira and Azores Islands

Shipments to Madeira and Azores Islands take between 2-5 working days after being shipped

7.3 Europe

Shipments take between 2-10 business days after shipment

7.4 Countries that do not belong to the European Union

8.1 Michu Michu Store sends the product(s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company , to the delivery address indicated by the User.

8.2 Our delivery service has a scheduling service, so the delivery of the order may require prior contact by the carrier, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address or answer the calls at the contact provided in the purchase

8.3 Delivery times in Portugal vary between 48 working hours according to the item ordered. Michu Michu Store's responsiveness within these deadlines varies depending on stock availability, as well as during promotions, sales and Christmas periods.

8.4 A Michu Michu Store  it will inform the User of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as reimburse the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

8.5 In the event of the carrier's unavailability to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted in order to indicate another delivery date.

8.6 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging in order to check for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via e-mail customercare@michumichustore.com and if you agree, the Michu Michu Store  will resend the order at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.

8.7 If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to customercare@michumichustore.com informing us of what happened. After this period, the Michu Michu Store  cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

8.8 Delivery is deemed to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.




9.1 The User may terminate his contract within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that:

  1. a) The product(s) have not been used;
  2. b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics;
  3. c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.


9.2 The User may exercise his right of free termination by sending the Free Termination template or any other unequivocal declaration of termination of the contract to the e-mail customercare@michumichustore.com.

9.3 The costs of returning the order in exercising the right of free withdrawal are borne by the customer.

9.4 Once the returned product has been received, Michu Michu Store will analyze and confirm the conservation status of the order and, when applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days the amounts paid by the User in the order, by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the User.

9.5 If the returned items show signs of use, Michu Michu Store reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them. A new shipping fee will be charged for returning the item.

9.6 The User should note that, if the return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, the Michu Michu Store will not refund shipping costs. Therefore, the Michu Michu Store it will not reimburse the costs related to the postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.



10.1 The User may cancel his order, as long as he requests it via e-mail customercare@michumichustore.com before its shipment.

10.2 If the order has been received before shipment, we will refund the amounts paid by the User included in the order, via bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days.

10.3 If the request has been received after sending it, the rules contained in the previous chapter, relating to the right of free withdrawal, will apply.

10.4 A Michu Michu Store does not offer direct exchanges. The User may opt for a voucher to exchange their order for another item available on the website, being responsible for all costs relating to the new shipment. Delivery/collection service cost provided by our carrier - 6.50€ Mainland Portugal. Please note that orders placed with a voucher and later returned can only receive a new voucher as a refund.

10.5 In case the ordered product is found to be defective or other non-conformity, the User may choose to:

  1. a) replace the product;
  2. b) terminate the contract.

10.6 As soon as the User finds a defect or other non-conformity of the product, he must notify us by e-mail customercare@michumichustore.com, sending supporting photographs.

10.7 Once we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue by consensus.

10.8 In any of the options exercised by the User, pursuant to 10.6, the respective costs will always be borne by Michu Michu Store.



THE Michu Michu Store does not sell second-hand, defective or inferior quality products to those existing on the market. The main features of each product shown on www.michumichustore.com are found on each product page.

THE Michu Michu Store will make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products appearing on the website www.michumichustore.com are as accurate and real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing accurate colors.



In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, the Michu Michu Store will seek to answer and resolve the complaints presented by the User within 5 (five) working days, via email customercare@michumichustore.com.



The products Michu Michu Store benefit from the compliance guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.



THE Michu Michu Store does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.michumichustore.com, or any of its functions, and may be suspended for maintenance, repair or updates.

THE Michu Michu Store will not assume, likewise, any responsibility for any damages, arising, directly or indirectly, from situations of force majeure that prevent the Michu Michu Store, in any way, to fulfill its obligations, namely, strikes, failures in the electricity network, in telecommunications services or in any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays from suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.

THE Michu Michu Store is not responsible for any misuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as they are personal and non-transferable.
